9-No returns or exchanges on software
10-Labor 6 months and parts covered by manufactures warranty
All Invoices are due immediately. Invoices paid after 30 days will be subject to a ten-dollar late fee and a finance charge of 1.5% per month for the outstanding balance.
Also any account deemed delinquent will be subject to collection proceedings and that delinquent account will be charged any reasonable attorney fees and costs.
